Sources close to the couple have said that the two have been working on reconciling their relationship for a while now...and now its finally official.

Police: Man Had Sex With Picnic Table

BELLEVUE, Ohio -- Police said an Ohio man has been arrested for allegedly having sex with a picnic table. Police arrested Arthur Price Jr. after an anonymous tipster dropped off three DVDs that reportedly showed Price in the act. According to NBC Toledo, Ohio, affiliate WNWO-TV, the videos show Price tilting the metal round picnic table on its side and then laying up against it to have sexual intercourse with the table. Afterward, he can then be seen cleaning the table and the deck. During questioning, he reportedly admitted to having sex with the table. Police said he also admitted to bringing the table inside his home for sex. Price faces four counts of public indecency. He was freed after posting $20,000 bond, authorities said. I mean, we don't really see what all the hooplah is about. Yeah, he had an affair with a picnic table, but at least he remained a total gentleman throughout the entire thing. Plus he was kind enough to wipe it off when he was done. I'm sure he used a warm soapy wash cloth...what female wouldn't love that?? If anything...we should be commending him for being such a stand up guy! SMH!

Rapper Beanie Sigel is back in prison.

A federal judge in Philadelphia sentenced Sigel to three months in prison Friday after authorities said he gave a false urine sample to probation officials. Officials also said the rapper tested positive five times this month for Xanax and Percocet. In 2004, U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick sentenced Sigel to a year in prison and two years of supervised release after Sigel pleaded guilty to weapons and drug charges. He was acquitted in September 2005 of attempted-murder charges in connection with a shooting.

Sigel, whose real name is Dwight Grant, was already serving a six-month term in a halfway house for having previously violated supervised release.

Sigel told the judge he was an addict and had a relapse when he was sent to the halfway house.

T.I. Pleads Guilty

Rapper T.I. pleaded guilty to two counts of of illegally possessing machine guns and silencers, and one count of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm shortly around 1:30pm this afternoon during an Atlanta court appearance. The rapper, born Clifford Harris, Jr. is scheduled to be sentenced on March 27, 2009 at which point he will receive a sentence of one year and one day, so long as he meets all of the conditions of his plea agreement, ordered U.S. District Court Judge Charles Pannell, Jr. Under the agreement entered, T.I. will also serve a total of 1500 hours of community service, divided in increments of 1000 hours before his sentencing, and 500 hours after he completes his prison sentence. He will in part use the sentence as an opportunity to speak to "at-risk youth," encouraging them to obey the law and avoid situations similar to those he has reportedly faced since 1997.

It’s disturbing to know Juvenile never had a relationship with his deceased daughter but accepts the sympathy like he was a good daddy to the child. It’s not fair to the people who care. Juvenile and his family are receiving all the condolences like they cared about my sister and her kids. Juvenile didn’t have a father and daughter relationship with my niece. My sister tried for years to communicate with Juvenile and his family concerning Jelani since Jelani’s date of birth to Jelani’s unexpected date of death but Juvenile and his mother ignored his child. Several days before the tragedy Juvenile told my sister, “he did not want nothing to do with her nor Jelani so stop sending pictures to his mother’s house because his wife didn’t know about Jelani and he is making arrangements to pay the owed excessive child support.” Jelani was before Juvenile’s marriage so his wife should have accepted her. That message Juvenile sent to his child before her death was heart-breaking to her and my family, and our Lord is my witness. In the eyes of the Lord, Juvenile will weep what he sow because he did not have a reasonable reason to deny Jelani. His wife should ask him what else is he hiding from her. For Juvenile to tell his mother to ignore one of his kids is cruel and unusual for a grandmother to do as she was told. I’m revealing a reality check. Juvenile never spoke to his daughter, he never was there for his daughter when she needed him the most nor did he come to her funeral without a reasonable reason not to. The husband of singer Corinne Bailey Rae has been found dead of an apparent drug overdose. A 32-year-old man was released on bail after he was arrested for “supplying controlled substances,” apparently in connection with the death. Jason Rae, 31, was found Saturday afternoon in a London apartment. Bailey Rae may not have been home at the time her husband’s body was discovered. Police are still investigating.

The Georgia woman’s lawyer, Randy Kessler, says Epps needs to be fair: “We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child.” Epps hasn’t given a comment.

Remy was found guilty on charges of first-degree assault, attempted coercion, possession of a deadly weapon, and felony assault. She faces up to 25 years in the big house today.

The charges stem from her shooting her "friend" Makeda Barnes-Joseph in the stomach last summer after accusing her of stealing $3000 from her purse.

After being found guilty on the four charges, Remy was shackled and cuffed and was overheard saying "oh my god" before she was led away. Classic. I mean she couldn't have thought that "accident" excuse her lawyer had used was really going to work.

A Kansas City, MO teenage mother was arrested recently after her kids ate cocaine:

A Kansas City teenage mom faces child endangerment charges after hospital tests revealed that her 2-year-old son and two other young children ingested crack cocaine. Jackson County prosecutors on Thursday charged Tasha Cole, 17, with four felony counts of endangering the welfare of a child. They requested a $75,000 bond. The children apparently sampled crumbs that the mom left behind when she darted out to sell drugs, court records allege. Children’s Mercy Hospital staff contacted police after one of the children suffered seizures earlier this week. After giving police several false stories, Cole admitted that she left the children with a friend while she sold drugs, according to the affidavit filed in court to support the charges. Cole told detectives that when she put the plate down earlier, it had crumbs of cocaine on it. She told police that she picked up the razor blade but left the plate. About 10 minutes later she realized the children were playing with the plate, and she took them across the hall and told relatives what happened.

This is an awful story...but of course we'll comment on the irrelevant aspect of it. Bytch is 17?!? She looks BEAT!! Looks like she was sampling her own product! Crack is Wack boys & girls!! SMH

According to Page Six After a National Enquirer report that Eddie Murphy thinks ex Melanie Brown tricked him into getting her pregnant, Mel's lawyer Gloria Allred tells PageSix.com that the actor's continued refusal to meet daughter Angel is "inexcusable."

Allred didn't comment on the Enquirer's report that a source close to Eddie claims he and Mel only slept with each other three times during their relationship, or that she told him she was on birth control. However, the powerhouse attorney exclusively told us that regardless of the couple's past, "I think it's sad and inexcusable that Mr. Murphy chooses to punish his baby by refusing to visit her or be involved emotionally or in person in her life. It's shocking that he continues to refuse to be involved with his daughter and that he has intentionally missed the precious first year of her innocent life."

Melanie and Eddie's paternity case over baby Angel Iris is still in the discovery stages, but a hearing has been set for May 21. Eddie previously claimed that the girl was not his, but DNA tests proved otherwise.

Eliot Spitzer (webnewsbio) to resign in disgrace has been identified as a 22-year-old aspiring musician who struggled in a broken home as a child. The New York Times reported that the real name of the woman - identified as "Kristen" in court papers alleging that Spitzer paid thousands of dollars for her services - is Ashley Alexandra Dupre. Don D. Buchwald, a New York lawyer, confirmed to The Associated Press that he represents Dupre, but he wouldn't comment further.Law enforcement officials have said Spitzer had a Feb. 13 tryst with Kristen and paid her $4,300, according to court papers. Spitzer said Wednesday that he's resigning.

Dupre briefly spoke to the Times about the Spitzer scandal but didn't offer details on her involvement in it."I just don't want to be thought of as a monster," Dupre told the Times. "This has been a very difficult time. It's complicated."

Dupre told the newspaper she had slept very little since the allegations against Spitzer were revealed, and she declined to comment when asked by the Times when she first met him and how many times they had been together.She told the Times she was worried about paying her rent in a ninth-floor Manhattan apartment since her boyfriend recently left her. She said she was considering moving back in with her family in New Jersey.

A man who answered the phone at her mother's home in New Jersey and identified himself as Dupre's brother told The Associated Press he had no idea why Dupre would agree to be interviewed in the scandal."She's just trying to get through this," he said. "We are all trying to be supportive of her."

Dupre's MySpace page provides a window into her life as she went from a broken home in New Jersey to a music career in the city.

"I have been alone," she wrote. "I have abused drugs. I have been broke and homeless. But, I survived, on my own. I am here, in NY because of my music."

In an Aug. 30 blog posting on MySpace, she wrote: "The past few months have been a roller coaster with so called friends, lovers, and family ... but its something you have to deal with and confront in order to move on ..."

"What destroys me strengthens me" is the slogan next to a photograph of her. The photos show her at various places, including in a bikini on a boat in a tropical locale. The number of hits to the page soared by the tens of thousands after the story broke, and many recent postings to her page ridiculed her.

Dupre describes her favorite musical artists as Etta James, Aretha Franklin, Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera and Frank Sinatra, among many others.

Her Web site boasts a recording of a song, "What We Want.""I know what you want, you got what I want," she sings. "I know what you need. Can you handle me?"

Records show she lives in Manhattan a luxury rental skyscraper called The Chelsea Landmark, where a gaggle of reporters and TV trucks quickly gathered Wednesday night. Rents there start at $3500 a month for a small studio, neighbors said.

The 35-story building opened less than a year ago.The apartments feature imported Italian tiles, 9-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling corner windows. The building has a gym with a whirlpool and yoga and Pilates studios.

Dupre apparently appeared in federal court Monday as a witness in the case against four people accused of operating the Emperors Club VIP prostitution ring.

Janel Bennett, who was in an eight-year relationship with Winans before she had her son, Jordan, claims she was evicted from her home in Miami because Winans won't pay child support. She told us she is "homeless and living with friends on the South Side of Chicago," where she works as a cocktail waitress. In 2005, the Miami Herald reported, "A DNA test shows a '99.99 percent probability' that Winans is the biological parent." According to Page Six THE 14 wannabe models from the latest cycle of America's Next Top Model are accused of making a dump out of the gorgeous $6 million TriBeCa loft where they lived for 10 weeks. Anisa Productions, which makes the show hosted by Tyra Banks, rented the loft at 39 Lispenard St., promising landlord Michael Marvisi that any damage would be minor, according to an insider. Instead, we're told, the crew "punched hundreds of holes in the ceiling to hang lighting equipment" and ruined the Brazilian wood floors, forcing the owner to tear them up and install all new flooring when the women moved out three weeks ago. "These girls not only destroyed the floors, it appears they had food fights. There's ketchup and coffee splattered all over the landlord's $20,000 white drapes. There's lipstick on the walls," said the insider.

"They moved in furniture and made holes all along the walls." According to our source, while the beauties were staying in the 4,200-square-foot loft, they damaged a $15,000 chandelier beyond repair and splashed so much water around, the bathroom was ruined and had to be tested for mold. "A plumber had to come fix the toilet and the water caused $90,000 worth of damage to the electrical store on the first floor," said our source. "America's Next Top Model" also "skipped out on" a $1,500 electric bill, claimed our source, who estimated the damage totals $500,000. "The landlord is devastated," the source said. "Three other shows approached him [to use the loft] and he turned them all down for Top Model. And a tenant was supposed to move in a week ago, but when the place wasn't ready, they pulled out. Tyra Banks should be ashamed of herself." The show offered to settle for $125,000, but has not paid Marvisi any money, according to our insider. The landlord now plans to file a lawsuit against the show. Reps for both Anisa Productions and the show said, "No comment." A rep for Banks did not return calls for comment.

A 25-year-old mother of five accidentally left two of her young children in the bathtub last week in Indianapolis, leaving one to nearly drown -- because she was too busy watching "American Idol." Don't worry -- like Luke Menard, the kid survived.According to a police report, Sheila Brooks placed her youngest kids (Sirius, 3, and Sereena, 1) in the tub and then went to another room to fetch some clothes. After watching "Idol" for a few minutes with two of her other children -- Daesheana, 7, and Dasianaye, 5 -- Brooks suddenly remembered about the other two kids and sent Daesheana to get them out. The police say that when Daesheana got to the bathtub, she found Sirius submerged underwater and not moving. She called for her mom, who then performed CPR and called 911. As of now no charges have been filed and Sirius is still in the hospital, according to WIBC radio.

Its a blessing that there was a good ending to what would've been a terribly tragic story. One note though...Daesheana and Dasianaye??? Come on black people...we gotta do better. LMAO!!!

Basically, what happens is listeners will email the show if they believe that their spouse is cheating. Ashlee Simpson stopped by DC's Hot 99.5 Kane in the Morning show yesterday and she was totally out of it. She had to be either drunk, high, or completely hungover.
